OptionalworkerMilliseconds the worker gets to answer its first message before all pending requests are rejected with "worker did not start". Only a cheap PING is timed, and only until the worker's first response arrives, so slow instantiation or long-running queries are never cut short. 0 disables the check. Defaults to DEFAULT_WORKER_START_TIMEOUT_MS (30 s).
